Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Views

upper balcony shuttle service superb selection great therapists

Our apartment included two balconies. I especially liked the upper balcony. It provided great views. The resort provides a shuttle to the town or beach for all guests. The food at the restaurants had a superb selection. I also enjoyed the couples massage. The therapists Anna and Nikos were great.

The resort is built on a hillside so walking to some amenities requires navigating steep inclines.

The staff members were consistently friendly and cute. Kim at reception, George and Anna in the restaurants, and Maria at the Citrus bar provided really good service. Their helpfulness greatly enhanced our experience. Their kindness added value to our stay.

Our privately situated two-bedroom apartment offered ample space. It featured a large balcony upstairs with seating and views. The sounds of birds and cicadas created a tranquil setting. The spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room.

the shuttle to hersonissos was convenient.

The pools closed way too early at 6pm. lifeguards were too strict. They wouldn't let kids jump in. it was like being back in school.

i really enjoyed the playground next to the pool. my children were always supervised even when we were swimming (i appreciated this!). we had dinner at the restaurant rodies one evening and the cretan live music was wonderful. the staff was very friendly and accommodating and even allowed us to celebrate my daughter's birthday at the pool with friends.

Wonderful Stay for Families

I found the apartment spacious and clean. A two bedroom family suite kitchenette had plenty of room. I liked the outdoor spaces with comfortable seating. The resort offers shuttle buses to the beach. I used the free sun beds at the Beachcomber Beach Club. The service there was excellent. I enjoyed the food and drinks available at the beach club.

The swimming pools close early at 6 pm. This was a shame after a day out. It limited pool time in the warm evenings.

The resort has two pools that offer a refreshing escape, equipped with many sunbeds. You can find good cafes near each pool and a gym for workouts. Mini market shop near reception is very helpful for various needs.

Staff provided a great service and were nice. The shuttle bus made trips to the beach easy. Drivers were always on time and very helpful. The team ensured comfortable travel.

Elia restaurant offered nice meals, but prices at the resort are a little expensive. A good variety of drinks is available at Citrus bar near lower pool. I liked the tasty cocktails.
